i listen to steve bunce on bbc london, and he allways mentions the east side boxing forum...... i bet there is a shitload of fighters and promoter's on here from time to time, to see the general boxing fan's view's. boxers and promoters would love to come on here under their real names, but they will get grief from the papers and the boxing press if they say something out of term...... even if they were the real mc coy we wouldnt belive them!
I wish they were some in here, so they could truly know how we feel at times. Though there was a poster who said he was part of Cintrons team when he began his boxing career. Talks very negative about Cintron and his personal life. Don't know if it's legit.
Alot of posters said that Ellerbe was posting here,protecting little Floyd but i can't remember exactly who they fought it was.....i think Nallege:rofl:rofl:rofl
You can be sure that many people in the industry at least come every now and then to read what the fans are saying and some drop an occasional line here and there...
I think promoters read boxing forums because they have to make an idee what we are thinking about certain fighters and who is more appealing for hardcore boxing fans and who is for genreal public.
