    I think you're being realistic.
Maybe the title should be "How many British undisputed world champions or fighters considered the best in their division will there be by the end of 2013."

Let me make very clear that I'm not a fan of there being multiple "world champions" per division. If you're a world champion, that should mean you are the best in the world, in which case there should be one per division.

But the point of this thread wasn't to discuss that or what people consider to be a world champion. It was very plain and simple what I was asking

Since when did "World Champion" mean anything other than being the best?

Since there were more than one World Champions in each division in Boxing.

:good I think we all know what you're asking but at the same time I think some on here don't know and others like myself have got strong feelings about it.
The only problem for some of us is the wording of the title.

The you probably need to get out more. My first post on the thread made very clear what I was asking, if you or anyone wants to be pedantic about the wording than create another thread about this, I'd rather this thread stuck to the topic

The meaning never changed, they just misuse the words.

Exactly , these so called world champions make a mockery of the sport , your old man ( rip) would be laughing his bollocks off at them if he was still about , I wonder what blokes like Colin Jones makes of them ?

I always call it out, when that term is used without explanation as to what is meant. But as you have now answered the question and set the criteria, I would say, the three you named will still be champion, and maybe one more might join the list, possibly DeGale or Quigg.

Now as rhetorical question, why did you set the criteria, like you did? ;)
