I've been doing a lot lately.

If I take it slow, and go all the way down, I can only do around 60-65 (though I have done over 70 a couple of times, it's just that I can't move my arms for a while after). However, I usually go fairly quick, and go about 4/5 of what would be regarded as "all the way", and when I do that, I can do 110-120. Going slow tires me much faster... for obvious reasons. I prefer doing the latter, because it's in my mind that it helps explosiveness. I don't know, nor care, if it's true.

    I weigh around 183.

I weigh about 170lbs and can do about 50 pushups, a friend of mine is 145lbs and can only do 20. :huh Kinda does over your idea of physics ah?

Your idea only works if everyone has the same base strength, which nobody does.

All this sounds as stupid as when a fat guy told me his 10 push ups are the same as my 50 because he is bigger, so he only has to do a few a day to get as ripped as me.

No. It means I practice pushups. You said "Your Pushing Less Weight On Your Arms If Your Lighter" obviously, but that doesn't mean you'll be able to do more pushups.

It's all relative to the person, not how much they weigh.

I'll repeat what I said one post ago -

To get good at a repetitive movement like pushups, situps, squats etc you have to do them... a lot. Somebody weighing 120lbs doesn't automatically make them better at pushups than someone that weighs 150lbs.

If thats true, why is the guy that holds the record for the most pushups in a row, under 160 pounds? It takes less force to push 150 pounds off the ground, than it does 200. I bet if you ask the strongest guy "lifting wise" in your gym to 100 pushups, I would bet everything in my bank account that he cant.

I use myself as example, when I weighed 160 I was able to more chinups and pushups than I could do now at 195, yet, I could lift alot more than I can when I was 160, why is that you think? I'm not saying doing over a 100 pushups isnt impressive, because it is, no matter what weight you are, but I would alot more impressed to see a guy 225 bust out 100 pushups, than someone 150-160.

Pushups are only one workout, there are many to test ones strength. As far as Virus' friend, I never met him or seen him in action, he might just suck at pushups, but can do more chinups than Virus', I dont know.

I would however lay alot of money down that if you randomly pulled 100 people off the street over the age of 18, 50 being 150-175, the other 50 being 200-225, the guys weighing less would do more pushups, as well as chinups or any body weight exercise. I however would bet on the guys weighing more to be able to lift more in almost every weighted exercise.
