2, GGG/Brook & the Matchroom York Hall show. got tickets for 26th Nov, and getting tickets for next AJ card. hard to pick, GGG/Brook memorable because of how big it was and atmosphere, but Isaac Chamberlain and Wadi Camacho was someeeee fight. have to go with the latter
2 - AJ-Dom B (don't judge, was a free ticket) and GGG-Brook. GGG-Brook was awesome because I had hoards of folk telling me "my boy" (was wearing a GGG t) was getting knocked out. Sweaty mongrels in 3 piece suits chewing Nandos; they had no idea what was coming.
4 I think. Mathews v Flanagan Bellew v Makabu Smith v Radosevic (for a 5er, nice one Warren) Bellew v Flores Best for atmosphere and result was Bellew Makabu the way the fight panned out and being the underdog. Worst was Bellew Flores just didn't enjoy it that much. Want to get to some shows outside Liverpool but it's hard with babysitters etc.
Last pro show i went to was fury v wlad (not technically this year i know). Bar the result, it was memorable for the set up the klitschkos have in the stadium. We were ringside, which entitled you to free beer, wine, steaks, cakes, canapes, smoked salmon etc all night. As im a little scruff i filled me boots. Then at the end of the fight they cleared an area at the side of the ring into a dancefloor with a DJ and the free **** continued. It was quite bizarre actually. Only been to local amateur shows since, and in some ways i enjoy them more, you are close to the action and nearly every fight is competitive as oppose to the pro's were many arent
Mate it was mad been to plenty of warren, hearn local shows over the years but usually in the £40 seats tops. These were 500 euros (got a freebie). The lads who i was with go to vegas reguarly for fights and said they'd never seen anything like it, in terms of the set up. The germans love value for money!!
