How many world champions will Britain have by the end of 2011

Tough question because come 2012 this thread will obviously get bumped

Haye - Win or lose against Klitschko (probably lose) he will be retired NO

Khan - Bradley in a unification next I think he will win but if he loses I think he will probably have a belt again at 140 or 147 by early 2012 - YES

Froch - Has to get past Johnson and Ward intact wouldn't rule him out but tough ask if he does lose he can probably pick up a belt again but for start of 2012 -NO

Burns - Unless something comes up i see Burns cruising through some more easyish defences - YES

Cleverly - Has to get part Breahmer its sink or swim but I expect the lad to pick up the belt and have some easyish defences to get his eye in for a big 2012 - YES

Macklin - Will probably get a title fight most liekly Sturm this year can't see him winning probably will drop back to Euro level for a crossraods fight with Barker - NO

Brook - Matchroom want to push him on fast expect 2 good opponents then maybe a title challenge just before the end of the year but unless its a vacant shot I dont give Brook too much of a chance - NO

Rhodes - Has a big task going to Mexico to take on Alvarez everything is against him and he needs the ko probably it will be a hard one to pull off in the mexican hear - NO

Murray - On his way to a title shot but compared to the lightweights out there he is vastly overrated i expect him to get his shot one way or other but come up short - NO

Munroe - Hattons will want to move their new signing on quickly for world titles I cant see him winning another shot at this weight but will put in a good effort - NO

OUTSIDERS

Degale - Depending upon what Frank does with him if he beats Groves he could get Steiglitz outside shot but not improbable

Barker - Could get a shot in a fairly weakish looking middleweight division if he gets through Spada and some more Euro class opponents

Afolabi, Theophane, Fury, Chisora, Mitchell Hatton and S SMith all have outside shots of getting chances at titles this year and who knows?

Burns wasnt exactly high on peoples lists of potential world titlists last year

So i predict Khan Burns and Clev with maybe one other outsider in a Burns style shock title win

 

Stieglitz yup, the others no chance.

 

There could be an unlikely champion this year like Burns was last year.
