The guy in your avatar doesn't even do that.

How the hell is Wlad, a boxer, repping 275 60 times??

LukeO may be on to something.

What clued me in is adding 50 lbs to a bench and only losing 3 reps.

are you kidding me.. 5lbs can make or break a lift. 50 lbs is huge difference. I was saying he does it at 275... the most i did was 15. i usually do 225 18 times

I lift with wlad and follow. 225 18 times. its not uncommon to lift to exhaustion. may people do it that way

    For what???
That is not even an actual work out....

    3 sets of 20 reps????
That has no application for anything other than toning.

You start out with a set of 20 reps of 225 and then end with the same set?

You would plateau. That makes 0 sense.

I'm not an expert, but I spent a good 3-4 years working out a lot, I'm not naturally big and have a torn rotator cuff, but I still went up a 100 lbs in my bench.

In order for you to convince me that you rep more weight than arnold schwarzenegger did when he was at his peak training for mr. olympia, I am going to need to see a picture.

because at 225 i did 3 sets... at 275 i did I set as many as i could. I didnt try for more sets after that. thats not what i normally do.

for a guy 6-6 245 lbs that works out for the last 20+ years as a profeession.. 275 20 times is possible....

If you lift... you all would know that 50 lbs is a huge difference

Yeah, such a huge difference that you would likely only be doing about 6-8 reps.

Saying you were matching arnold's chest routine is absurd.
