If you know your "x" rep max, and you want to find out what your 1 rep max should be for that exercise, devide the coefficent by the corresponding "rep #"

    Reps/ CoEfficient
    1. 1.00
    2 .943
    3 .906
    4 .881
    5 .856
    6 .831
    7 .807
    8 .786
    9 .765
    10 .744
    11 .723
    12 .703
    13 .688
    14 .675
    15 .662
    16 .650
    17 .638
    18 .627
    19 .616
    20 .606

    275/1 obviously= max 275 lbs
    275/ 5 (.856) = max 309 lbs 85 % effort of max for each rep
    275/ 10 (.744) = 375 lbs 74 % effort
275/ 15 (.660) = 450 lbs 66 % effort only for each rep. This should be easy weight for you like a warm up.

bottom line if you can lift 275 lbs 20 times that is light weight to you. His max should be over 500 lbs. I am calling this bull****! And if Klitschko has a higher muscular endurance than this chart it would only make his max higher.

Why would it matter to you if he is lying or not?

Well, he claims to be an inside source close to both Klitschko brothers. But obviously this entire story is made up.

Believe me, I know that Klitschko is strong but the numbers he is claiming is Worlds strongest man competition type of lifts.

I'm not calling him a liar, i'm saying that he should be a competitor if he's putting up that much steel.

Yeah, Klitschko's "Chef" is right up there in strength with the Heavyweight Champion of the World. And Klitschko should enter a power lifting contest himself.

Smell BS here. Post your pics.. and if you are referring to Gold's Gym, even Manny Steward- the man's trainer, said you won't find champions there. It's contrary to boxing training and what you are saying doesn't make sense.

    :patsch

As someone who has been lifting weights for six years, I can say without a doubt that your bench press numbers are bull****.

First of all 20 x 275 3 sets would be stupid program to do.
If he could lift that much (which he cant) 275lbs would be wery light weight for him. It would be idiotic to lift so easy weights three times per week as you claim he does in hes weight lifting program.

Second of all he is boxer not a world class weight lifter, anyone who does weights know those numbers are bull****.

Not to mentioning your own work out where your do 225 lbs 18 times but when you put 50 lbs more, your reps drop only by three
You don’t even look strong enough to lift 225lbs 18 times in one set. (I could be wrong)
    What the ****. :patsch

Have you in reality, even lifted weights?

When you say he moves onto lifting one day a week. Does he cover every muscle group in one session?

I was thinking the 20 reps bit was a bit fishy.
