    lol.

My brain immediately thought you meant Wally. Who is Waldo? In Britain we have a book called Where's Wally.

Waldo is the same as Wally, just the American version.

I'd just love to see a clip of it, I've looked around the internet but I couldn't find anything.

    Alleged Lifts:

Shane Mosley: Bench: 315lbs-365lbs depending who tells it, Deadlift 500lbs-550lbs

Tyszu: Clean and Jerk - 250lbs - this is very impressive, Bench 250lbs - hmmm if you clean and jerk 250lbs shouldn't you be able to bench 300lbs+++:huh

Hatton: Bench Press: 180lbs-200lbs Squats/Deadlifts - doesnt perform them so unknown but he hackssquats around 360lbs partially - that translates to about 250-300lbs on a deadlift

So Mosley works out at about 50% stronger than Hatton if his figures are right. But this is explosive strength not strength stamina - ie being fit to stay strong for 12rounds

Yeah, he stands on his head for about 5 minutes, for his neck work. I remember seeing it and reading it.

Not really achilles. Hatton IS A VERY strong little guy.But shrugs on a smith machine stacked up are relatively easy when your muscle memory and conditioning are high.

Mosley started doing weights when he was at 154, thus he was ONE STONE heavier.

Tszyu benching 120kg is VERY impressive for a 5'6 10 stone man.

I'm also doubtful about Hattons bench press. He recently said in an interview that he'd set himself a new high.

I disagree. Machines are easier and they do take the smaller muscles out of the equation because you don't need to use so much control and tire those muscles BUT shrug is a relatively simple movement. Up-down. You can either get some range of motion or not. Little technique.

Potentially 240kg is on the machine. Anyone who doesn't think this is impressive for a 5'6 10 stone man is a moron. Not to mention the fact he has clearly tired himself out on other machines prior to this exercise.

Hatton does 20x25kg on the leg press. Not full motion but that is still FIVE HUNDRED KG!

500kg isn't that impressive on leg press. Sorry.

    That's pretty f*cking good.

Doesn't work like that. Different mechanics.

Again, hacksquat don't translate to deadlifts. They're opposite movements.

I dont think you know what your talking about. 500lbs may not be that impressive but for a 5ft 6 guy who`s 10 stone thats very very good but not exceptional. 500kg is well over a 1000lbs. Now if he was pushing that he may aswell be a bodybuilder as that is exceptional. Smith machines though are relatively easy and you can stack them up all you want.Like i said before as long as your muscle memory is tight to do shrugs with 5 plates isnt a great feat.

 I think you're forgetting that at least 95% of the people on this board can bench press cars. That's how they all pulled their supermodel girlfriends, whom they keep hold of by fighting off any armed ninjas with their sublime boxing skills.
