He looks EASILY 45. EASILY. If he REALLY is 38 which I will never believe then he has lived a terribly hard life. Must have swam over from Cuba as a boy and lived half of his life in the streets.
Ortiz is 38. No idea why he should be 45 or even older. He looks prob few years older, but it is hard to say if he looks like 38, 40 or 42. I do not think he is 50 or something. This is a nice running gag but not 1% true.
my uncle knows his family. he has the records from the boxing academy that Ortiz went to, according to those records his DOB is 1972. So that would make him 46. gonna try and get my uncle to scan them.
my sister's husband's wife's step dad knows the driver that takes ortiz's labradoodle to be groomed on off brand tuesdays...she says freddy roach is a ******
My honest guess would be mid 40s. He's got very old looking skin which sags, also he has jowels. The biggest tell is his "old man shoulders" this usually happens well into your 50s when your shoulders start to droop and become triangular. He looks similar to comeback Foreman bit people these days tend to look younger a bit longer due to lifestyle changes so he's likely a bit older than comeback Foreman was. So yeah my guess would be around 45 but I don't think he's really any older than that.
Looking at him mid to late 40's. But honestly you seriously can't tell a persons true age by their appearance. I'm 41 but look 10 years younger, I met a 17 year old who looked to be 30, genetics is a lottery some people just have bad genetics. I assume he's close to the age he's listed at. But the thing with Ortiz is he doesn't just look like hes much older, he's physically much older too as he's already on blood pressure meds.
With all due respect, have you seen the evidence I and others posted in this thread? Ortiz is still very good but he is actually in his 40s, the circumstantial evidence is pretty much conclusive. His own interview statements, numerous statements from reliable sources, all testify that he's older than advertised. Within the industry it's not even a debate: everyone realizes that he's in his 40s. This is not merely some plot to discredit Wilder, I have nothing against him and many of the posters agreeing with me like Wilder too.
You can't accurately tell age from appearance. I'm 44 but look just like Josh Kelly on his best day. Lol. But i still suspect Ortiz was a teenager during the Cuban missile crisis.

Man he is older than people think, just cast your mind back to some of the films he has been in. Played chicken George in roots. Co starred with Mel Gibson in the lethal weapon films. The list is endless!!!
