Fury and Takum fought behind closed doors years ago. Peter hired him to battle Fury in a real fight so Fury could shake off the ring rust he gathered up after the two David Haye pull outs.
Roumurs are Takum quit on his stool half way through.

I wouldn't be shocked at all but I would be pleasantly surprised if Wilder put that right hand straight into Fury's gut and made him bend over and submit.

I don't agree with the first part of this.

Welter features a lot of good Americans but they don't have the pedigree of the top guys at heavyweight.

Wilder - undefeated Olympic medalist, long championship reign, about to go lineal, Joshua - undefeated Olympic gold medalist, unified belt holder, Usyk - undefeated Olympic gold medalist, undisputed cruiser champ.

Errol Spence - couldn't make it past the quarters in the Olympics, yet to unify at welter, Bud Crawford - very good pro career having unified at junior welter but couldn't make the Olympics, Thurman Merman - again, no real amateur pedigree at the elite level, pro career has stalled.

Agree with the bit about Wilder needing to win in style.
