Haye gets 100% of the UK revenue, Klitschko gets 100% of the Germany and Eastern Europe revenue, the rest (including the live gate) gets split about 60/40 or 65/35. If HBO buys the fight, the HBO money should get split 50/50, since it's obvious HBO isn't buying any more of Wlad's fights without Haye.

No PPV in Germany and Eastern Europeans can barely afford a loaf of bread

yes, but povetkin wants more time anyways and unification trumps mand fights. To keep Povetkin quiet, Wlad wants this so bad, I bet Wlad will throw some cash povetkins way

What most people recognise is that Wlad vs Haye does not need the American audience to make a **** load of money:deal

Chagaev was out of action for ages, you cant sit ona title and not defend it, that defeats the object of boxing:good

60/40 for Wlad because of the fact that only the Hoff is bigger then him in Germany.

Why should we care how they split the money ?
They are overpaid whatever they agree on.

We should be more concerned with what they are going to charge us to watch them, and if they are going to give us value for money.

I'm not going to lose any sleep over how those two rich ****s want to divvy up the money. **** 'em.

60-40 for the klits. haye gets PPV in england, they get tv money from eastern europe. HBO is 50-50. haye probably makes more due to PPV in england just like hatton made nearly as much as floyd when they fought due to the PPV's in england. a lot of boxing fans in england, it's thriving, much more than america.

So would the IBF accept a fight with Haye even if Povetkin is still in line for his shot and wants it? I agree with you though I don't think Povetkin will take it anytime soon, I think he knew he wasn't ready in the first place.

Why the hell do you even want to talk about the purse split??
    Beats me.
What happened to the times when no one cared about counting money in other peoples pockets and boxing fans did what boxing fans are supposed to do - cheered on fight and urged their fighters to fight the best?
Now it seems all everyone wants to talk about is money, money, money. The same people who are crying out to save boxing from greedy promoters and filthy fighters are more than happy to talk only about how much dough their idol should demand from the other guy. This is sick!

50/50 ... Haye is the reason that the fight will be the biggest fight in the HW scene other than a Klit/Klit match-up.

Who exactly can Wlad fight next that would generate the same level of interest?

Haye has created this situation, while Wlad has gone about his business being a boring ****er. I'm not doubting Wlads ability and pull with the European audience but the man can't even get a US TV deal and was dropped like a hot potato as soon as Haye pulled out of their fight.
