My trainer who has met him says he's taller than me but I disagree. I'm a legit 6'2". Before Arreola signed with HBO he was billed at 6'1". Then at 6'4". All the Adameck outside the ring pictures made it look like the stats on these guys were wrong, but damn it, I saw Adamek looking the same height as Monte Barrett in a picture of the two and Adameck did look shorter in the ring with Arreola. I think this Pole wears lifts in his shoes or something. I guess Arreola at about 6'3. The camera randomly deducts two inches and adds sixty pounds, I hear.
He is reported to be 6 feet 4 inches tall. Adamek is supposed to be around 6' 2.5 inches tall, sometimes reported to be 6'3" tall. I have never heard or read that Adamek is only 6 feet 1 inches tall.
Arreola is 6'4 more so i would say. I stand at 5'10 and when i met him he certainly was taller then my friend who was 6'1.
Adamek looked taller than Barrett in the picture, but Barrett is supposed to be 3 foot 3 inches tall. You never know, shoes can make a huge difference.
Sonny Liston supposedly did wear lifts, even though he wasn't a short man. :conf Maybe Adamek thinks he's getting a psychological edge.
