Not the entire thing, 99%. I particularly like how you nearly fall over a few times, no balance, crap music, your rear foot coming off the ground when you attempt to punch, the way you keep bending forwards and sied to side like your trying to avoid a giant beach ball flying at your face instead of a punch. It's amazing to watch.

This is meant to be insulting or what? I don't get what this is meant to accomplish?

I see Egor is having another go at the bag lol, seriously though your technique is terrible, it hurts my spine and knees just watching you, there really isnt much volume to the bag work either so no idea why your bragging about that? id say your pretty lazy on the bag and its simply because of bad/no footwork you cant stay in range with the bag to hit it at will, you simply try and calculate where the bag will swing back to hit it, your not showing any ability to be able to control range at all, this is probably the poorest thing about the bag work. opponents dont swing back and forth in straight lines btw so if you cant out smart or out manouver a heavy bag then your ****ed if you ever try to hit anybody lol

No mate havent changed my mind, your still huffing and puffing even im not as bad as you and ive been diagnosed with asthma but dont use inhalers to box or exercise and smoke 20 a day lol, that bag is just wrong tbh way too light for even a 10 year old amature would probably knock it straight through the window, my favourite part of the video is at 3.50.

Ylem hes right you should go back and read through the threads you post in, i already know where this thread is going. you usually end up asking a question, arguing with the answers you get, then eventually towards the end you start agreeing with what people have been telling you all along and then you seem to be able to convince yourself that it was you that was arguing that point right from the beginning lol, its funny really, god help the coaches if you ever do join a boxing gym, you'll retire them for sure.

going the same way every other thread goes, i maintain my point that lactatate threshold is not trained through 15/15 second interval training and that a person can run 3 miles every day at a quick pace and as a side note they might even possibly improve their vo2 max and lactate threshold. while every one else misinterprets what i say to make their arguments seem valid while at the same time attacking my character.

what really confuses me is why my video link has been up for almost an hour and a half and the view count has only increased by 1 nvm seems to be a youtube error or something...i think

Your vo2 max is largely determined by genetics and unless your quite inactive in terms of exercise there will hardly be much increase and the increase you do get can be maintained much easier than your making out, your wasting time.
