How to start training?

    Arnold did primarily 10-15 reps, I guess he was small and weak.

    LMAO at the teenager giving strength advice.

    Yeah and he was a great athlete with a great strength to weight ratio right? You're clueless buddy, a bodybuilder doesn't train for strength. Strength training is heavy weight for 1-6 reps. A gymnast is strong, arnie was strong yes but pound for pound compared to the gymnast or Olympic weightlifter he was weak as ****. The worse your strength to weight ratio the worse your power is going to be, a bodybuilder can't do **** in a sport, they're not athletes. An athlete shouldn't be aiming to get bigger unless they're playing a sport like basketball or football in certain positions where a few kilos of useless muscle is useful to hold your ground.
