How truly great was Charley Burley?

I agree with Klompton. Overrated somewhat today. I have to consider Steward and Moore's opinions, but after reading Otty's book I feel his stature may be inflated somewhat by the sparse film footage. Still a great fighter imo, somewhere in the bottom half of top 100.

 

This thread has got me thinking... I had Burley as a borderline top ten middle and welter... And a borderline top twenty p4p... But I am quite young... Am i just a murderer's-row-book-reading-knowledgable-thread-consuming dick? I'm thinking maybe. Help me out here...

 

There is limited film on him but enough and of good quality to believe the consensus as true.....

For example the limited video of Harry Greg throwing punches messing around leaves doubt to his skills but his record is undeniable and eyewitness opinion leave little doubt but with Burley there is actually a fight study of based off the film that does exists
