:rofl:lol: yeh he's some charactor ai'nt he:D Don't get me wrong as i've always been a fan & liked the feller but don't be fooled by the above self promoting PROPAGANDA as thats what it is & the most important part is the last 2 minutes of section 4 wher Floyd sez something that i've been telling everyone on here for a while about how he really views the sport & he says "Either way you Pay" see me win or see me lose..YOU PAY!! I'am eating off your table!! & even just as importantly is when he said on plenty of occasions that he beats everyone mentally even before they get in the ring & thats his own words & thats what he truly believes or DID....................BUT!!!!!!

He's now come up against a mental force that just cannot be broken or intimidated in Manny Pacquiao & they lies one of the reasons that Floyd will not fight Pacman. I actually think that this fight could have happened last year after pac beat Cotto but Floyd Sr ran about ranting about superman bullit defying drugs & saying no way is my son fighting this guy & unfortunatly it got out of Floyds hands who it had nothing to do with & gathered it's own momentum so it all came down to loss of face & all that bollox & we end up with this impasse which in all reality was the responsibily of that old phoney Floyd Sr running off his gob & floyd & his uncle having to close ranks & back this bull**** up or lose face & no way will floyd ever want that or allow it.....

He could spark Pac with the first punch in round and one and still wouldn't be the greatest ever, you thick mong ****.

Either they think they can beat him or they don't. They have enough footge of him fighting at welter (that's when these accusations started) and don't fancy it, for whatever reason. Roger came out with what he thought Pac was taking and it was absolute bollocks, some fruit extract  The Mayweathers aren't very smart people.

I honestly don't think Floyd will fight again, which is a real shame.

I don't know how you can score the first round of the DLH fight to Floyd.... he did nothing but run and throw some half-heart arm punches.

It wasn't that impressive, nowhere near as impressive as Shane dragging him into a fistfight and winning clearly - against an absolute prime DLH to boot.

Getting on your bike against a largely one-handed, slow footed, essentially part time DLH..... poor from Void.

The Hatton performance was impressive, manhandling a brawler and beating him up on the inside..... not something I was expecting too much.

Although I agree his resume isn't quite up to par with the ATG's people sometimes compare him with, I am interested to know why most people said Mosley was a great challenge before the fight then when Floyd beat the **** out of him the same amount of people acted as though Mayweather beat up an old man who never had much chance in the first place? And does anybody think the same thing would/would not have happened against Cotto and Margarito?

Genuinley I heard people mention it before Floyd Snr cropped up. I don't want this to turn into that kind of debate but I do not see an issue with what Mayweather is asking for.

I do and think he will fight Pacquiao. Theres obvious reasons why he cannot fight right now.

I don't think anybody has said its more impressive than Mosleys wins.

The guy out weighed him by 16lbs. You want him to change his style and go toe to toe. as he says himself "i am not stupid"

Yes, but other guys being outweighed have put up better performances.

Not stupid, no. But not as great as other fighters.

To the other guy, I was impressed with the manner that Floyd won. Shane, at that stage, was more than ever a perfect stylistic companion for Floyds lateral movement and pot shotting. After 3 rounds Floyd realised he didn't even need to do that to stay safe and showed us something new.

It was impressive no doubt. But, as I've said about five thousand times on this thread alone, not that impressive in the grand scheme of things.

Haha mong, underrated put down imo.

Floyd greatest ever :patsch Match Floyd with Robsinson, Leonard, Duran, Hearns, Armstrong, Ross, Griffith etcetc and he's not even the best Welterweight by some distance.

I'll defend his effectiveness, defensive and counter punching abilities, his record is not as **** as some of his critics (not the guys posting on this thread I must say) Im a big fan but lets not get carried away.

On the Mosely win, anyone who was that inactive would struggle at the highest level. Mosely's hands are pretty quick still but isnt as nimble on his feet to have put Floyd off his gameplan. Floyd had to take that fight, had nowhere else to go at the time and did a job on Shane for 11 rounds fair play just again a decent win over a faded great, a win that carries less significance than a few years ago to be fair.

Was more impressed with Cotto's win over Shane as Mosely was getting beat at the higher weight but not at 147 and we saw a more rounded performance by the naturally smaller Cotto who took some shots but didnt resort to the bullish style his 140 self did, a style that would have seen Shane do a job on him. Floyd's wins over Hatton, and Castillo were better than his Shane win

I agree, Cottos win over Shane was better than Floyds.
