"I look at Cotto as an undefeated fighter because Margarito cheated and Manny drained him"

    Now who said that?

I mean if Cotto or Margarito was undefeated, and the #1 WW or JMW coming off there most impressive wins, and Pac was 36 yrs old. Then it would be more relevant.:blurp

The fact that its for Canelo's belts is what taints it.

152 Makes no odds, Alvarez will not be drained nor will he be dehydrated. He is going to be huge, just chill out and enjoy the fight FFS.

Pac is advocating/undergoing random drug testing and Floyd is having a catchweight fight. Life is one big joke sometimes.

This thread is terrible . Wasn't the PAC vs Margo at 150 ? And the cotto at 145? Seems to me PAC was trying to drain the guys he was fighting . I mean I like PAC and Floyd but it just seems to me fightin a guy that's in his early 20s can make 152 a whole lot easier then a past prime damaged goods Margo can make 150

Canelo weighing 152 won't hurt him half as much as it it would a guy in his 30s and being as inactive as Margo was leading into PAC fight .

I'm glad he is fighting canelo and wouldn't be shocked if Floyd lost this fight but props to him for taking a challenge in a big young Hungary champ . This is what boxing need marqee fights like this and I for one am happy it's happening
