The best of this generation. But people will say he ducked Pac. Doesn't mean he did, but Pac's the media favorite. That's how it goes. Just like people ignore how Leonard waited on Hagler, because Leonard is a media favorite. People will forget how Pac turned down a drug test. Boxing fans will remember though. So it's all good.

Diffrence is Leonard and Hagler fought ! Neither man made excuses as why not to fight in the end ! They just made it happen in their primes !

Question is what are people going to likely remember, that Manny refused a drug test?

    Or.......

That once the thought of Fighting this little typhoon from the Philippines came about suddenly Floyd Mayweather demanded additional testing once everything in the contract was agreed on and it appeared he had a fight? Especially when Floyd fought guys like Chico Corrales, and Castillo with out additional testing....

Just saying the whole Manny refusing the test is one thing, but for a fighter to suddenly demand testing and say he wants a fair fight whats he really saying? especially when he is saying he is cleaning up the sport yet he is signing known cheaters spars with PEDerson etc..

Excuses can be made for either side. This is debate will never end. Both sides think they're right.

Like I said, Pac will get the benifit of the doubt because he's the media favorite.

its Not because he is the media favorite, its because Floyd really has no reason to set that roadblock.
He fought Chico Corrales at a time when Chico appeared more dangerous than even Pacquiao did, I mean Chico was knocking mother ****ers for a loop, and did he demand testing there? No he didnt.

Reality is he was okay fighting Oscar, he was okay fighting Gatti, he was okay fighting Castillo, but the moment the thought of him fighting a kid like Pacquiao came about lets be real and rewind the clock.

Ricky Hatton who gave Floyd 9 rounds of sloppy ugly hell, rebounded with Mayweather sr, he re won a portion of the title at 140 against Paulie of which he dominated out boxed and stopped Paulie this is something that Miguel Cotto could not do in 12 rounds with Paulie busting Paulies face....

Under Mayweather sr, Hatton didnt really even get hit, he fought a perfect fight for a guy who is not that type of fighter. His next bout the very next bout, again Hatton trained by Mayweather sr.... That little shake and bake cross over Mayweather counter punching style was quickly exposed in less than two rounds.

Now just think about it for a second, that is the moment in which Sr started to spread rumors and say Manny is on steroids, why is that? reality is Mayweather Sr got ****ing owned after talking all that **** to roach about what Ricky gonna do he got ****ing owned, and on top of that wasnt the greatest trainer either showing up late etc...

So rather than to just admit that you did a shitty job as a trainer you spread rumors about the fighter who ****ing owned your sorry ass.. And Floyd was watching the entire time he saw Manny destroy what his daddy seemingly rebuilt....

And here is another part of it, Hatton with out Sr, gave Floyd like I said 9 rounds of work he made Floyd find another way to beat him, and with Sr Hatton was clearly improved and seemingly ready to do good things, Manny **** on all of that....

Jr knows ****ing better thats why he demanded the test, thats why he went on vacation and thats why recently he priced himself out.... How many times do you need Floyd to confirm he is ducking this man?

LOL nah bro that rematch was never suppose to happen. Jones was never going to age well enough to keep up with Hopkins' "second wind."

I wouldn't have minded seening them have a trilogy earlier on though.
