How would Hatton fan react if Hatton gets abuse?

We know you think that, you have said so in every one of your posts. We, who are actually British and are actually boxing supporters and Hatton supporters are telling you different and we are telling you we know without a shadow of a doubt that your assumption is wrong.

So please at least consider what we are saying. If you are not going to pay any attention to what we say and you are just going to keep regurgitating your original thoughts, then what the hell was the point in asking the question in the first place?

 

****ing hell people,just look at the legions of fans that still follow are beyond **** football team,you guys dont understand that here sport is still seen as something you try and do,and though we big up are guys and teams,to most fans we damn well know we are not the best,we just like to see our guys give it a go.

I mean it has taking till we ****ed up the qualifiers for next years europeon champs for people to finaly turn on the football team and even then the manager got more abuse then the team,and yet come the next match,it will im telling you honestly a sell out.

We will still slag them off when they **** up though,but in rickys case he will be fine no matter what happens.

Also have you all seen the amount of threads saying "when mayweather wins",and "how will the brits cope when hatton losses",seems to me theres an awful lot of either over confident yanks about,or that probaly they have seen the state ricky is in(superb) and are shitting themselves ever so slightly.

 

I see what you're saying. I still think people are going to jump on Joe Calzaghe bandwagon because he is the best fighter in the UK.

By being on this board, I have really been noticing the difference in the way the Yanks support and the way we do (and not just because they think we are hooligans if we so much as sing!).

One of the most important things for us, is that the player/team/boxer puts everything he has got into it, isn't it Joe? And Ricky does that. Ricky puts more into his fights than anyone I have seen.

If one day he started sitting back, getting lazy, not putting any passion into it, we would think "Ahh, he's taking the **** now.. he's here for the ****ing cheque" and that is when we will start walking away from him. But only then.

 

Strandl. I have complete respect for your opinion on his fighting skills and for your feelings about how the fight will go. Good on you, it's good that you are so open about it, some people are scared to say anything incase they are proved wrong.

That isn't the problem.

Please just read some of your posts and I'm sure if you distance yourself from them, you will see why people are getting a bit frustrated with you.

Anyway, Ricky is a right fat **** when he isn't in training. I look forward to seeing what he looks like when he retires.

 

The difference between the UK fans and the Americans fans are that we like fighters because they are good. In the UK they like fighters because they from the same part of the world they live in.

 

Take taylor as a great example mate,before the pavlik fight he was gonna win and was a great,that was said by loads on here,the very second he lost,his own fans on here bar a few wanted **** all to do with him hehe,some ****ing great fans there for sure.

If hatton gets KOed i'll still like him,he was just outclassed thats all,its hardly a ****ing crime to lose to someone so good now is it,but you watch you'll get threads about him being a loser and ****:-( when in fact all he will have done is lost to the best fighter in ther world
