Nah I'm referring to the masses on social media, the British sports/boxing media and platforms, fight fraternity and the countless Moses fans/British fans, and just many involved in the sport in whatever capacity and fans in general from not only the UK but overseas too. They're all acting Moses won the fight not Hrgovic and giving Hrgovic no credit at all. It's bizarre to withhold

Moses is very talented, fought really well, still has a very bright future and will likely go onto achieve very big things, and he looked great in many of those rounds but it was not the one-sided domination we're been sold it was even though Moses was undoubtably winning

Even though I really like Moses and rate him highly, I hope Hrgovic stops him again if they rematch anytime soon simply because he categorically doesn't deserve one and there would only be one reason why it would be made - to screw Hrgovic over and right the wrong of him flipping the script and upsetting their big plans. Hrgovic wouldn't be getting one at all if the roles were reversed and he's the star in The Filip Hrgovic Story not playing a bit part in The Moses Itauma Story

Yeah, a home fight for Hrgovic would be nice.

An immediate rematch may benefit Hrgovic money-wise too, but Itauma's team would be beyond foolish to take it at this stage. Back to the drawing board.

To add an interesting element to the mix, did you see Belly claiming he'd go for a belt if the AJ fight doesn't materialize? That's some huge money on the line.

Usually, when fighters get stopped in the first match they lose the rematch...............I think there's precious few times that it doesn't happen.

I'm really trying to wrack my brain to think of examples where a fighter got stopped/melted in the first fight and then won a rematch. Can't think of any, if anyone can name some examples please let me know

I'm sure they'd make it financially worth his while for Hrgovic to give him a rematch - translation: screw Hrgovic over so that Moses rights that wrong and Hrgovic plays the role on the script he was supposed to play first time round - but they promote Hrgovic too and they're supposed to have his best interests at heart and helping him achieve his dreams and carve out his own legacy and he wants unification fights.

Moses is young and has his whole career and so many opportunities ahead of him, Hrgovic is 34 and time is not on his side

Yeah I did. He even suggested a match up vs his friend Kabayel who previously said he'd rather not fight him because of their friendship

Itauma is the better fighter, the problem is that his plan was utter garbage (or he disobeyed his trainer).

The rematch would greatly depend on itauma's strategy, if he uses the same strategy he loses the same way.

He won evey round and won all of them by a ridiculouly high margin. The only thing he needs to do is to win every round by the bare minimum. Once he connects 3 clean punches, he just does nothing and rest. If he does it he wins 12-0. His boxing skills are way better than hrgovic's, they can't even be compared.
