GTFO. I know Parker was lucky to eek that win, but that fight was **** watching, Hughie is mega unlikeable, there no appeal for Parker to go there. Hughie was so lucky to get that opportunity and didn't do enough, time to build up properly. If Parker doesn't deserve that title he'll lose it eventually, if Hughie deserves one he'll earn it eventually.

I doubt he would go to NZ for a rematch. I'm sure now, even though he lost, he would still demand to have the fight in the UK.

I can't see it happening. I doubt the money will be there to finance it. I suspect they didn't do well financially from the fight as they were forced to put it on Youtube lol. And there will be even less interest in a rematch as the first fight had so little action. Maybe if the next fight is shown via snap chat or vine lol.

He's in no position to demand anything though, if he wants a rematch he'l have to go to Parker's backyard this time. I just can't respect fighters who demand or insist on having all the advantages and won't fight on a level playing field. Parker brought his world title over here, if Hughie wants to avenge his loss he has to go over there.

Dillian Whyte might be a bit of mission after a loss but it would pay dollars.

I think it will be hard for some of these bigger heavyweights to want to chase Hughie after what we saw. Guys like Miller, Breazeale and Ruiz might not be too keen but they are better names than Kassi and Rudenko.

    Maybe David Price...

Who is going to want to run around after someone for 12 rounds.. Maybe he should fight some track and field stars..

He's only young. He's a top 20 guy right now & it won't take much to move him back into position for another title shot.

A loss on his record may in fact do him the world of good in the sense that he may not be so risk averse in taking fights in the future.

He needs to follow his own path, not that of his cousin.

Get him back in the ring early next year & put him in with some intermediate level opposition.

Also needs to work on planting his feet occasionally & letting his hands go.

Having a gear other than reverse would be useful.

imo I think a lot of heavyweights will stay away from Hughie for ...
    1. Hughie' s style will stink up the joint. people won't come to watch him fight which will affect any fighter that will fight Hughie. Cuz of Hughie, NO one will watch them too unless it's AJ.
    2. Hughie's style will make his opponent look bad and I'm sure quite a few heavyweights would look like to look good.
    3. Hughie is delusional and self entitled. the fact he was a challenger and managed to get Parker to come to the UK was evidence of that. he's like the HW version of Lara. making demands when has no clout or nor is a draw.

    Parker should tweet...

'I would have given you a rematch but Ive already given you another shot after you failed to show in May, after you failed to arrive in NZ. So I had to agree to fight you in your hometown, then you wanted your ref Terry O'Connor, then you pushed me in our face-off, then one of your guys snatched my belt in my moment of victory. Ive been treated like crap and now after all Ive done and been through, you want me to give you a rematch?'
