Cotto will show all of you Pac Cheerleaders who the real man is in the fight as long as the fight is a legitimate 147 bout and not at some ***** catchweight

If he can fight Oscar at 147 he can fight Cotto, Mosley or Mayweather at the same weight.

Otherwise dont come into a division if you aint man enough to fight as a legitimate welterweight.

Weight division hopping is way overated considering boxers do it and pick the weakest links or big names but not the toughest fights out there its bull****.

Men are not men anymore, too much man wearing frocks and lipstick nowadays.
Boxing is a mans sport not a sport for bitches.

I see it the other way around, judging by his performance against clottey he can be even stopped by manny. he's so slow and flat.

Pac isn't going to let a guy like Cotto off the hook like Clottey did. He's a finisher. I pick Pac to beat Cotto by KO

the only thing going for cotto is his size/weight advantage, 160 vs. 148-149. if size wasn't in the equation, there will be no doubt that pac wins this one. pac is one to two levels higher than cotto when it comes to ability, skill and class. this could already be enough to offset the size difference. but the 11-12 lb size difference justifies this fight being at a catchweight.

i have no prob with pac fighting mayweather @147. mayweather like pac is a small welter. mayweather comes in @around 149 for welter fights anyway.

I think you guys are missing a few things here. Pac has fast hands but most of the time he throws these wild windmill punches when he opens up and it just looks good because of the crowd reaction but in reality its bull****. All those windmill wild punches will be hitting Cotto's gloves. Pac aint going to stand there and trade with Cotto he will try to stick and move and if he is not getting much success early then what will happen late. Cotto will stalk him but fight intelligently but I see Cotto landing on him and hurting him. If Hatton can hit him then Cotto most definitely should be able to land on him when he opens up wildly like he does. Too much media hype.

You haven't seen Pacquiao fight since 2005. Your description of him is years out of date. Your analysis of how that fight would go is diabolical.

Dude seriously, his style has not changed he has adapted more to it like the way he picked off Oscar and also stuck to his strategy with Hatton but we are talking about Cotto here not Hatton. Pac can definitely hurt Cotto but I dont think he will be able to catch him with too many clean shots in a row so that's why I cannot see any knockout happening here. If anyone is going to get knocked out its Pac and for people using this weight thing as some type of excuse I understand that but he is pound for pound 1 so it shouldn't matter if its a 10lbs on fight night difference because skill wins fights as you keep on stressing

It's the total opposite for me. Until last night I thought Cotto would beat Pac, not a chance of that happening.

Pac wins a wide UD here. You heard it here first.

I can see this fight happening at a catchweight of 144 or 145 which is not what I want to see but you are on if this fight happens at 147 orite? :good

what are you taking about, first off all he lost that fight, second morales weighs 126 lbs, clottey comes in the ring close to 170 different fights all together
