Actually you have to land to score points, which Froch didn´t. Dirrell outlanded him in almost every round. The art is to hit without being hit, that´s what Dirrell did. He just got robbed.

Dirrell wishes he had the brass of Malignaggi!! You can't even compare Paulie performance with Dirrell's. That's sad!!

Well said pal.Froch wasnt very good on the night but he was the only one who turned up for a fight. The reaction on this forum is hysterical.Dont forget the tounament isnt decided by one fight so if Dirrell was so brilliant and robbed against Froch he should have no problem cruising into the semis by winning his next 2 fights!

Why are people over reacting so massively. This was a close fight and could have gone either way it just depends on what you like and especially in this fight what you don't like to see inside the ring.

And if I am being honest I am pissed off at the way people are reacting to the decision and saying this is a home town robbery especially from some of our American posters who are giving it the smug holier then thou attitude, this wasn't a home town decision and to say home town robberies don't happen in the US is bull. It was a hard fight to score it was close and could have gone either.

Because they spent weeks prior to the fight predicting Dirrell to ko Froch within 5 rounds and telling the rest of us how stupid we were for not being able to follow their logic?

Actually that may purely be Solid Chin, not sure about the others....

I can understand your bitterness that "The Running Man" didn't pull out the win for you. Better luck next time Yankees! :smooch

My bad - you did manage to find someone to beat Witter :thumbsup

Wow, you sound like you have an ego that could compete with Frochs.

I saw a close fight, but Dirrell should have won. Direll pretty much outboxed him in the early rounds and hurt him in the end. Direll did more damage, and landed the more flush shots. Froch was more aggressive, but you don't win a fight when your getting hit with more flush shot.
