The only test Pac would fail is an English test, imo.

I could be wrong, and if he were on something, I'd be the first one to dismiss most of his career. But I really don't think the guy is on something. I don't think it's about a test at all.

Well...he's never failed a test and I highly doubt anyone in his camp would allow him to get caught on a test they've agreed to having even if he's been cheating prior to agreeing to the test.
