:lol:I'd love see the conversation between Haye and Booth when he found out it was Haye who bust him up.

Could the Court Officer please bring forward Case No. 36451b.

The Charge against my Chisora is threatening behaviour and threatening to shoot My Haye.

The Charge against Mr Haye is throwing a punch that escalated a heated situation, striking Mr Chisora with a bottle in his hand and assault with a tripod.

Its not hard to see who the judge is going to come down heavier on.

I'll never understand Haye nut huggers. What is there to like about Haye except he comes from the same country as you do. I think the guy is a disgrace.

Haye was drinking a bottle of lemonade but didn't glass chisora. Look at the pictures, Haye punches him while holding a bottle. That's wrong also, but he wasn't bottled. Some people have got the pic as there avatar. It's clearly a punch.

    **** off!
Haye got approached by a guy who 30 seconds earlier was saying he'd slap him, who then approaches him with a couple of other men, whilst removing his jacket.
Haye did exactly what he should have done, and the only thing Haye did wrong was to throw the tripod, which I believe he did as Booth was in a bit of a scrum with Chisoras crew. He then left!
Remember youre watching it again with a clear head, Haye, basically had a split second to make a decision with a guy intent on getting physical, he belted him.
Chisoras the one walking around shouting about shooting people.
Guy I know got 18 months for threatening someone theyd get shot.

The court will come down MUCH heavier on Chisora. Look at the way Chisora approached him, Haye had a split second to decide what to do and protected himself.
Chisora was pre-mediated as in he had thinking time, Haye didnt, the incident occured because of Chisora, and he was issuing threats involving firearms.
He could end up doing jail time here.

I dont like Haye but his only failing here is throwing the tripod, and I believe he did it as Booth was involved in a scrum with Chisoras crew. It hit Booth, so unless he makes a complaint, as we know he wont, I cant see Haye getting more than a ticking off.

Brilliant post. With everything chisora has said & done in the last 2 days, and he removes his jumper then goes face to face with Haye, Haye has a complete lunatic in his face & instinct takes over.

Let me get this right....Haye attacked Chisora with a glass tripod which resulted in the Dark Lord exposed as a bleeder?

    You couldn't make this up.

Haye's just trying to get back in title contention without having to fight another top contender - in the ring. I think the Chisora/Haye fight would be a nice way to get either man the match or rematch that they wanted.

This is true. I've been to Germany and considering the price they charge for a bottle of pop, I wouldn't let go of it either. I'd probably glass my own knob having a wank.

 You do realise that dftaylor is probably the biggest Haye fan on this site and that was probably the only post he's made criticizing Haye, and you just shot it down, don't you?
