Terence Crawford is literally stuck in a cage under Bob Arum's desk Right hand to god i've it. I asked Bob wtf a boxer was doing under his desk and he said he's his pet project that failed when Pacquiao ran off to do his own thing I even got to throw some peanuts in to him. Then we went to lunch and talked about Fury
I agree that there's nothing special about him. Nothing jumps out and makes you think wow. Being American probably does get him ranked higher P4P than he should. Remember when Broner was ranked in the top 5! He's a very good fighter though, but just not top 5 P4P material. He should be between 8-10 imo. Lomachenko, Usyk, Alvarez, Inoue, Beterbiev are the top 5 stand out best. Golovkin has probably just left that top tier bunch due to ageing.
bit of an exaggeration to say they have 'ALL' the talent. They don't have Crawford, Besputin, Mikey Garcia, Vergil Ortiz Jr, Ennis, Kavaliauskas, Abdukakhorov, Butaev, Vargas, Avanesyan, Kelly,
I would pick the version of Gamboa that Crawford fought over Davis. Crawfords win was MUCH more impressive.
Terrence Crawford is the most complete American boxer out there. He's so damn versatile and likes to trade, unlike in front of the camera he doesnt shy away in the ring, him and Loma are 1a and 1b p4p imo
Who has Danny Garcia beat at 147? Danny hits hard but he is slow handed and slow footed. He was dominated by Thurman until Thurman decided he was far enough ahead that he could get on his bicycle.
