All Moreno wanted to do was grab, hold and push Mares. I applaud Mares for knowing how to stick it to these so called slick yet dirty fighters. Mares is a class act and a clean fighter untill his opponent tries to pull a fast one. Thats the fight game and Abner knows whats up

 

Well Molina isnt Mares, but most think he beat Lara, tho like Lara sometimes Molina's style is not fan friendly.

 

Lara was a disgrace tonight imo. He really needs a ***** slap in the face from his trainer, he takes the word ¨inactivity¨ to a new level, the shamelessly intentional headbutt was the last nail in the coffin. He should have been DQ'd for that ****.

Lara is one overrated mfer and a cheater, he doesn't deserve Canelo or any other big payday, his ***** ass should rematch Molina, too bad he's gonna be busy rematching Vanes, who should have gotten the W tonightatsch

Dont forget the elbows and his own low blows, Moreno threw some too.

i really expected lara to go for the kill especially in the later half of the fight after what happend vs paul williams...

 

I thought they were "fine" but the fight was a robbery of Lara, again, and Harold Lederman's scorecard was atrocious.

 

Lara is a frustrating fighter to watch. So skilled but just doesn't seem to have that fire.

Whether Lara has fought better competition than Saul Alvarez or not (he hasn't) -- Alvarez campaigns for the big names all the time and he's only 22!

Lara, on the other hand, is calling Martirosyan a pendejo, and already 29.

 

Bottom line; the Mexican-American Garcia was the most impressive.

 

Where would Vanes rank vs. all of Alvarez's opponents? How about Williams and Molina?

 

They probably top Alvarez's and Lara (according to legitimate sources) is ranked as so. (I still say Alvarez has more B-level wins.)

But the point is Alvarez would've fought Paul Williams by now had it not been for the motorcycle accident and has been calling Mayweather's name for some time now and he's just 22.

Lara, is ranked above Alvarez (deservedly so) but he's already 29 -- if he's gonna be ranked top-3 in the division he needs to step it up.
