What a ****ing joke!! Yes, we all know Fitch is not a fan favourite Dana White. Yes, we all know a Penn v GSP 3rd match would make more money than a Fitch vs GSP rematch. But **** you Dana. What a joke. And your after fight comments stated to 'justify' the draw? FU. Fitch got 2 takedowns in round two to Penn's single takedown so how the **** do you score round two for Penn? Even Penn admitted he lost, Penn at least has fighters pride. I won't be paying for another UFC card ever again I'm through the UFC won't ever get another cent from me. When you **** the fans Dana the fans **** you remember that. And remember next time one of your products is 'streamed' I will be one of those streaming it.
BJ fought a smart and measured fight tonight, he only got his ass whooped in the third round. To Penns credit he honestly answered rogans question if he thought he would lose the decision.
Anyone fancy explaining to this turd that takedowns are not the sole consideration in scoring MMA? atsch
Anyone fancy explaining to Popkins that his homo-erotic fantasy Penn did not land more significant strikes in round two either and that you get points for takedowns not for the fighter who gives you the bigger boner? **** your boyfriend even said he lost dickhead! Go figure :****
I don't think there is any way in hell either fighter deserved the victory regarding Fitch vs Penn. Penn was the only person close to finishing the fight in the first 2 rounds, but Fitch deserves credit for not getting finished. Though Fitch was in a few bad positions in the first two rounds, he never looked like he was helpless. Fitch made Penn look helpless for around 75% of the last round, but looked like the only way he could win is by submission due to frustration. Fitch was dominant in the last round, but his shots were barely doing more than enough damage than to keep the fight from being stood up. Fitch also didn't threaten with any submission attempts. I would have been sickened a bit to see either person's hand raised in victory.
UFC has way to many PPV's, to many great fighters getting injured on the cards, and a lot of there PPV's do suck. Only time I really watch is if there's a fight or two I'm interested in. Most of the time the undercards are better (that I've never heard of) than the main events.
And now you can buy PPV's headlined by an Olympic judoka beating up soccor moms from the local boxercise club:happy
