Luis Resto was banned for life for doing this same ****, the only reason Margo doesn't have a lifetime ban is because he was caught BEFORE the Mosley fight, and no one was ever able to prove that he did the same thing vs. Cotto or anyone else. He shouldn't be able to fight again IMO but Cotto also deserves a rematch on his terms. I'd love to see Cotto avenge that loss.
