It all started back when De La Hoya fought Mosley for the rematch....I'm not a betting man, but I was so sure De La Hoya would have the right gameplan to beat Mosley that I accepted a bet with a co-worker. Then I bet some Filipino dude that MAB would KO Pac....After that I didn't ever want to bet again. But then Hopkins was fighting the young overrated Taylor, and I placed a bet that Hopkins would take him to school for twelve rounds. And the final straw was when Hopkins moved up to fight Tarver, no way could Hopkins beat the bigger Tarver. But when ODLH accepted to fight Pac, well of course I thought, no way can DLH lose this one, so what do I do, bet Bulankeyo. SO why did DLH lose, because I cursed him with my curse. I can predict fights well, and I'm usually right about the outcome, but when I actually place a bet, my fighter ALWAYS loses. I have never won a bet in boxing.
Why couldn't you bet on Calzaghe to beat Jones. It would've been nice to see Jones whoop his prissy ass. Instead Jones took a humiliating beating and I cried myself to sleep :verysad
You're like that guy Eddie Mush fom a Bronx Tale.they give you your tickets already ripped up at the race track.
That was great when they were all at the track and then out of no where Mush comes waddling down the stairs screaming for "their" horse to win :rofl:rofl:rofl Sonny just rips up the tickets and leaves before the race is over
For some strange reason I bet that Mayorga would beat Oscar (I know dumb move)thinking that Mayorga would be abel to land a BIG ONE. And since Oscar was comming off a lay-off.Screw it was only 20 bucks. I got to see the PPV and drink beer for free during the fight, I guess it worked out.
