pascal won the first and 3rd rds but he was easily losing both until the last 30 seconds of each rd the kd were scored...he just outhustled pascal the whole fight...i dont know what fight u guys saw that had this fight a draw or even remotely close...i have always been a hopkins HATER but on saturday this man gave a clinic on how to fight and apply intelligent pressure...body shots, head shots its was a masterpiece besides two kds one was illegal due to right b4 that punch landed pascal held on to bernard with his left hand and landed a bolo shot...

Common now.. what's so wrong with that shot? It is Hopkins that's holding Pascal's left.

nope look at pascals left hand grabbing bernard towards the punch...just watch the replay...like i said i have never in my life liked bernard and was in absolute glee when taylor won the titles from albeit in controversail fashion..but this was a clinic by soon to be 46 YR OLD MAN on a 28 yr old youngin...i though pascal was gonna win easily and hoped for it but damn hopkins has got a new fan...SORRY TITO..VIVA PR

    Excellent post.

Create a new thread on this, just pad it out with a few paragraphs.

All I would get is denial.

Or the patented: Hopkins won every round after the 3rd round.

Or punchstats quoted, which don't count in the Calzaghe fight.

I had Hopkins winning the last six , I think most people will agree . He lost the 1st and 3rd 10 - 8 , so that is 6 - 4 . Rounds 2 , 4 and 5 were then pretty close and when I was watching live I honestly thought Pascal had the momentum early so to score these 3 rounds in his favour would not be out of the question.

A draw is no way a robbery, but when a fighter wins that last six rounds , its easy to forget the early rounds.

It reminds me of Hatton vs Collazo when Hatton wound the first six with a knock down and the lost the last 5/6.

    Actually I don't agree.

I don't think Hopkins won round 12 and I'm not so sure about round 8 either.
