Manny agreed to random testing just not how close to the fight blood can be withdrawn. If anyone is scared of anything its Floyd, who is scared of Manny and uses tests to avoid facing the challenge Manny presents.

There is a common denominator with who is causing all the obstacles in making this fight and it ain't PAC.
