This has nothing to do with who is the better fighter in concerns to boxing skill. This has EVERYTHING to do with who is the better fighter as far as draw. This has been proven CONSISTENTLY to be Floyd Mayweather Jr. ODLH verses [insert anyone] was a huge fight for a long time, but nobody expected Oscar to take a short just to make the fight. And he didn't. Why do you expect Mayweather to?

So common sense says that there is no way you take a short giving a guy 50% who doesn't deserve it when you know that you deserve more. If you do take 50% then he needs to do full USADA testing. Taking 50% AND Pac getting a 14 day cut off is Arum having his cake and eating it too.

Pac/Arum letting Mosley do the USADA testing, running from a 14 day testing cut off, and bombing the fight with Clottey ruined this whole situation.
