Froch is a Big threat (Especially late rounds) to any fighter from 160/168 . That goes for GGG as well .
With opinions like these, u should keep them to yourself The only ppl who do not already "know" GGG is the real deal are the casuals and il informed Froch has alrdy said that there ain't no money in the world getting him in the ring with GGG
Froch is completely fearless , when did he say didn't want no part of GGG ? I'll be amazed if he really said this
Froch ko 6. Majority of posters here are to fast to jump on the wagon every time a decent Eastern fighter emerges.... GGG has fought no one. Froch has been in with the best...And beaten most of them.
You feeling ok? Froch is targeting chavez jr cause he knows how easy he is. Froch himself said he wont fight golovkin cause of his punching power. Froch has obviously been doing a lot of interviews after his fluke win and he said that he wont fight anyone except for chavez jr. The man has no cojones, wheres his pride, his dignity. He wants to pick on someone worse than him.
I think he said it on Ringside or one of the Brit shows, no Brit fighter wants anything to do with GGG after what he did to a solid contender in Macklin who all Brit fighters have respect for Im a Froch fan btw, GGG would be horrible for Froch, he's possible the only person who has a better chin than Froch for a start plus he's a better boxer with a similar reach and weight on fight night (and that's when GGG fights at middleweight), a lot better footwork and hand speed, he would also make Froch fight on the back foot which he's not accustomed to doing... All wrong for the cobra I would be astonished if Froch fights GGG we shouldn't even be tailing about it tbh
There is one thing jumping on a hype train but another thing recognising a quality fighter who has an outstanding amateur pedigree and flawless opening few years of his pro career.... With other hype trains there has been signs and signals to outline the cracks and the flaws, Bute chins and Broners gifts spring to mind... The only flaw I see with GGG is that he gets hit slightly too much, however when uve fought 450 times and nvr once even once spoken to the canvas then who needs a great defence? How u think Froch would ko him I'd like to hear
Froch wouldn't have bust rosado up in a slug fest, he'd have KTFO in the first half of the fight. Froch would ****in murder the overrated Golovkin. Too many people jumping on the hype train, Golovkin has fought nobody.
I never like pulling against Froch, but I actually favour Golovkin in this one - though by a close margin -60/40 even 55/45 - I sure as hell wouldn't put money on it unless the bookies went stupid either way. Whilst Froch is the slightly bigger and undeniably more proven guy, it's my belief that GGG is the more skilled (and likely harder hitting) fighter. GGGs endurance and intangibles like 'heart' and perhaps punch resistance could undeniably be counted as far less proven than the Cobras, so I acknowledge it's a very questionable pick - call it gut instinct (or even fanboyism) - but I know who my favourite would be should these two fight (depending, of course, on what happens in the meantime). EDIT - But either way, I find it hard to think of a fight I'd rather see in boxing right now - right up alongside Kovalev vs Stevenson.
Heavier Heavier handed than anybody Golovkin has fought. Unfazed by hype (see Bute fight ) Would not be fazed by Golovkins power ( unproven at 168, and couldn't shift Rosado ) Underrated boxing skills ( notably the long reach and jab ) More importantly, how would Golovkin beat froch ?
A decent professional in George Groves had Froch hurt every time he connected cleanly. I would bet my house that GGG hits hardest than Groves and he is the much better technician. You can't count against Froch but Golovkin has that "something special" feeling about him.
By picking the Rosado fight I think it was common knowledge that GGG was suffering from flu. Also whilst it was a off night for GGG it says something about the class of fighter he is IMO. Where you can bust up a tough, young fighter whilst ill and hardly break a sweat.
