I think Haney is harder to fight and better at stalking. I think he'd kick Shakur's ass.

Shakur has his number watch them spar. Haney is fighting a smarter, faster, slicker, mobile southpaw. Backpedeling is Shakurs forte. It's not only a bad matchup for Haney, it's a boring one

 

Shakur may have a horrible style, but he has his identity worked out and knows what he wants to do in the ring.

Haney fights like someone who got in really good shape, then spent a couple of months watching old Mayweather fights on youtube and tried to emulate what he's seen.

Nothing Haney does seems natural, and he'd be stuck asking questions instead of answering them if he ever fought Shakur.

That indecision would cost him the fight.

 

Shakur would make haney come forward and clown him. Haney showed on the front foot hes limited.

Shakur whopped him in sparring but I think Haney would be a lot bigger in the fight

 

It will come down to who has the better stare off, because that's all they'll be doing.

 

I cannot think of a more boring fight. Two passive featherfists tentatively approaching each other and pawing jabs. Given Shakurs last fight and the beating Haney took this is a snoozer. I don’t put any faith in sparring sessions.

EXACTLY. It confused me so much that he tried to come at Ryan and fight him head to head and not box like he regularly does. It looked like he was trying to do his best impression of Pretty Boy Floyd with none of the pop to back it up lol
