wow, that was a pretty dumb post. Guy, you need to relax. I've been in the ring and my family has been in the ring. I grew up watching boxing from my dad. I remember watching some classic fights growing up. If there's one thing I know, its boxing. I might not be the most knowledgeable guy, in fact there are some guys on here who are pretty amazing with how much they know about the sport. But I'm no slouch. Now, as far as saying Floyd is getting his ass handed to him by Hatton, where did I ever say that. I never specifically said Hatton is going to beat Floyd, I said specifically "I'm rooting for Hatton." Secondly, I dont give a **** what you think people talk about in the "black community." Thats the dumbest **** I've ever heard. For someone who doesnt say ****, you sure do talk alot.
That's why I'm not a superfan for ANY fighter, Gaz... to keep a clear head. I can hate all day if I had to... because hating doesn't affect MY decision making (i.e. I don't like Calzaghe, but I'm picking him over Kessler.), and it's fun as hell... especially when the ones you hate get their ass beat. and yes. There ARE Hatton huggers out there who can't stand one bad word said about Ricky. They lose their minds. I know THIS because I've singlehandedly eliminated dozens of them online.
you know brother, I agree with you. I try my hardest not be biased when it comes to fights or fighters. I make my picks based on rational thought. There are huggers and haters of all fighters. I can honestly say I'm not a hugger or hater of any fighter. I may dislike some fighters but I dont hate on them for no reason at all. In fact, this thread can show that. I've stated that floyd is a great boxer but I think I may be rooting against him.
Yep, there are huggers everywhere I just think Hattons ESB huggers are a little less volatile than Mayweathers. Like you, I honesty can 't remember the last fighter I hated, I've had the odd likes and dislikes but nothing that sends me foaming at the mouth.
Cool.... and that's the key when it comes to hating effectively... don't hate a fighter for no reason at all. You have to be justified.

Exactly. That's why a man shouldn't be ENAMORED with a fighter. "Love" brings strong feelings. If you don't love them, you can not be angered to that extent. :good
:good in fact, the only fighter I can think of that I honestly dislike right now is Joel Casamayor. That guy is a jerk. Something about his personality just rubs me the wrong way.
