I went to the gym and tried the lap pool. Some girls were in there for a while before me. I did 3 laps and got pretty tired on lap 3. I started choking up water and the lifeguard was keeping an eye on me. Meanwhile the girls next to me looked like fish and were going underwater and popping up and taking a breath like a blowfish and going back down. I don't know how water doesn't fill their nose. I stopped, then did 2 more laps. I walked out and they were still going. Then I went to shoot hoops for 10 minutes and my jumpers were falling short. No Wonder Rocky was on steroids and still couldn't swim.

You need to breath with your mouth on the side, not with your nose. If you don't breath with your nose, no water will go in it.

Your head is supposed to stay in the water while swimming, but if you don't breath, the water isn't supposed to go into your respiratory canals.
