    You can improve your resting flexibility more after a workout.
    2 minutes cold, 2 minutes warm (or just out if you're in a warm environment) for 14-20 minutes total.

    Good luck with your stuff, I agree that stretching feels good but I really don't think there is much evidence for any of the commonly held beliefs about it.

    I find it beneficial for repairing the damage the Eyes do, through impact.

    Haven't ready through the whole thread, so apologies if this has been covered. The slickest guys I've sparred:
    • Always keep a keen eye on what you're doing and all your movements;
    • Don't bounce around much like you see in the amateurs, relying on head movement rather than foot movement;
    • Have great anticipation and sharp reflexes; and
    • Have lots of ring experience.

    The best slickster i have ever seen WALCOTT ! The man Ali got the idea of the Ali shuffle from... the walcott shuffle comes on someway at midpoint i think

    I think as a slickster, Charles was the Man. He beat everyone. It was only when He got M/S, He was found wanting.

    i remember hearing this "who ever your favorite fighter is, its very unlikely that you'd have the same style as him"

    Yeah him and Walcott had some pretty good fights sometimes boring cause they were both too damn good
