the only reason i say this is because dirrell hasn't fought anyone good so his speed could just be an illusion against weaker and slower fighters.

You can see Froch's punches coming a mile away, especially that "trademark" uppercut

Maybe not faster but I do think his punches will have far more resonance than Dirrell's and so they will leave a bigger impression.

I can see Dirrel missing alot and getting speared by the Cobra with frightening frequency in the lion's den of Nottingham Arena.

if he's as slow as your saying why did his previous opponents not get out of the way before getting kod? I'm not saying froch is fast by any means but he has underrated speed and isnt as slow as people are making him out to be.

What credible opponents has Froch KO'd? Apart from Taylor who beat him to the punch the entire fight before gassing?

He's much faster than he gets credit for. Al Bernstein described him as being just a "smidge" slower thsn JT who is fast! 80% of Froch's opponents didn't get out the way of his "slow" punches to avoid getting KTFO!

I'm sure you would, because you'd probably be in a straight jacket. Froch is not only much slower than Dirrell, he's probably the slowest fighter in the entire tournament.

The only thing going against Dirrell in this fight is MAYBE big fight jitters. Frochs speed will not trouble him and his power shouldnt bother him. Oganov who has a bit of power himself couldnt dent andre so I dont see Frochs power being that effective

Froch is slow, deal with it. He still finds way to lands his punches though.

He lands them with timing and placement. He waits for the other fighter to commit themselves, miss, then he uses his position to land shots they can't get out of the way of.

And Dirrell's not exactly elusive, is he?

Which is more impressive considering the absence of speed. Dirrell needs to attach froch hard in the early rounds to get some respect but. I dont think dirrel is a combination puncher, more of a sharp puncher with single shots. Remember also that froch was down against taylor although pascal couldnt get him down despite being much bigger and hitting froch with a sustained barrage of punches.
