I would like to see Manny win one of the major title belts at super lightweight and then fight for welterweight title. also fight Marquez at super light i think he could knock marquez out at the weight because he is stronger at the weight as Hatton fight shows. if he wins welterweight title would he be first flyweight champion to do it?

He says he wants one more fight. Sadly that would be against Floyd where he would get schooled.

I mean, he has issues with counter punchers and Floyd would be the best he's ever faced, on top of this his incredible defence. Floyd is very accurate and Manny leaves himself to open to commit. I don't think your dream will come true.

If Floyd fights Manny then the myth and legend of Pacquiao comes to screeching halt! Sorry.

I thought so, but then I listened to a pundit/former WBO cruiserweight champion 'Jonny Nelson" on TV. And he said "I love Mayweather, he is my favourite fighter" etc etc.................."But the Pacman would Knock him out". And this guy Jonny Nelson knows his stuff.

thats the beauty of what manny has become....there are so many different ways he could go w/ all his options and all the other fighters just wanting a piece of the action ($$)

that being said...i believe blue is right about manny wanting out pretty soon...sux but we all know he's got his sights set on getting involved politically back home

It's very possible if pac decides to fight 2 more fight this year. There was talk that roach wants pac to have one more fight before he takes on another mega fight.

The rumor was pac might be facing Timothy Bradley for the WBO title and if cotto wins his fight vs clottey. Cotto vs Pacquiao might be fighting later this year. The only thing is it might be a catchweight so no title will be at stake.

Pacquiao's already won the lineal/Ring title at 140, dominating the recognized champ (and biggest name) there.

Winning a title against one of the belt-holders at 140 is sort of a step down, and he's looking for the big money fights anyway, which are above 140.
