its not as if the lynes-purdy match was hard to score.there were only 2 close rounds.

If it was incompetence, why does his incompetence always favour the home fighter?

I had him winning to by honest, it was a shocker, 59-56 was a robbery in my opinion. my 3 mates all agreed and had him winning.

Well it was interesting as Ishy pointed out in the RBR thread that he was judging a title fight in Japan just a few days earlier where he was the only judge to score to Italian challenger Devis Boschiero. The other judges narrowly favoured the home guy. I haven't seen the fight but could it be that amazingly IJL was the only one to actually score it fairly?

I'm sure he is capable of scoring fairly when he has no reason to do otherwise.

The terrible card doesn't make it any more of a robbery. It was a close fight which could have gone either way.

My point is I didn't think it was a close fight. I had Terry clearly winning. Me and my mates all agreed and spoke to some fellas around the hall and they all agreed it was robbery. The only ones that did not agree were the albanians.

Any way that doesn't matter, point is IJL cannot score a fight. What was that fight recently on Sky that IJL scored with about 3-4 points difference to the other judges?

It might only be prizefighter but this is definitely the worst Ian John-Lewis scorecard ****-up:

30-28 despite Wayne Reed knocking down Joe Ainscough and nearly stopping him as well.. that must've been scored a 10-10 round :rofl

Ian John Lewis should not be allowed to officiate again in boxing in any capacity. Corruption is not the problem, it's his incompetence. The Lynes-Purdy scorecard was the latest of several scorecards of astounding ineptitude. The guy's a former boxer and he has no excuse. Get him to ****. I shall be writing to the BBCoC about this moron.
