Let's recap: Who won the fight against prime Tua? Ike Who mauled Chris Byrd against the ropes, took a few good counters, laughed them off, and sent his cranium into orbit. WHEN Byrd was prime, WELL BEFORE EITHER Klit got a hold of him, and beat him more impressively than any of the three times the Klits took a crack? Ike For the record, Tua was shaken more times throughout the fight than Ike was, stop harping on the 11th round.
Ike could have beaten Lewis, but probably wouldn't have. Like a lot of guys Lewis fought. He may have picked up a loose title somewhere along the line, like Ruiz, Byrd etc did. He looked good, had a short career that was looking promising, and that was about it. Loads and loads of guys have looked as good at the same point of their career. Some have gone on, some haven't. Who knows?
getting ur ass handed before coming through with a lucky punch is hardly impressive stuff. hell im sure u think iran barkley is ahead of hearns on the all time list, as is rahman over lewis in your book. you see, the klits didnt count on a lucky punch to get the job done, they actually decisively beat the guy(please spare me the quitaly bs here) and both would serve prime tua a shut out loss.
