    He had no issue with extracting capital from them (i.e. selling them overpriced tickets). Depending on his mood, he might give their tickets to black Ugandans though. And they’d surely have hell to pay if they tried to resell.

    Spinks drops him for a 10 count in the 3rd after toying with him, and the officials conclude that Spinks telepathically headbutted Idi Amin, so Idi is awarded a TD.
