:rofl I suggest you watch that fight again. It came on showtime the other night. I recall the ref coming to Adamek's corner saying they were going to stop the fight b/c of that ass whooping he was receiving. Yes, he was getting his ass whooped. He was not just getting outboxed. Dawson had him hurling to the ropes with his body shots and literally knocking him from one side of the ring to the other. Dawson even whooped his ass after the knock down and beat his ass in the 11th.
I would like to see a Hopkins vs Adamek. It would be interesting and Hopkins would slow down Adamek's power with movement and his holding.
Yeah..the fight was about as close as Pac-DLH. Adamek had a great chance to stop Dawson and failed...and that was about his only shot.
Yeah whatever...I dont recall anyone coming up with that excuse until recently...Adamek got outclassed because Dawson was and is a better fighter, at Lt heavy or Cruiser that isnt going to change...
