Agreed. He's a protected fighter and his ring record is probably the best thing about him. Then again, the ring record was the best thing about Brian Neilsen when he was around and building up that lofty record of his as well. Whenever evaluating fighters I like to consider who was around and available to fight and what actual matches transpired. If you don't do that, you get overly impressed with numbers and on paper accomplishments like Valuev or a don Steele and the ko string of Lamar Clark and such.
