I won't think much, since I'm 99% certain this will happen

Good win for Cotto, solidifies his status in my p4p list and adds to his already impressive resume. I'm not going overboard like some, it is Antonio Margairito after all, he ain't that good.

well if it was yo boy money may i bet you would be sayin that he is the all time great for beating someone like marg. cotto would deserve to be atleast ranked #2 or #1 by defeating his biggest threat in the toughest weight class in boxing!!!!!!

If Cotto wins, it just cements it for me that he's the most deserving "opponent" should Mayweather change his retirement plans.

No I wouldn't in fact I wouldn't say anything but that PBF did what he was suppose to do and that's give Margo a boxing lesson. When will you people realize that Margo isn't that good? But a product of clever marketing and hype. He's simply too limited to beat the elite and will be throughly outclassed by Cotto when they meet.
Cotto doesn't deserve to leap past Calzaghe or Pac for beating a limited plodder like Margo a decent win but nothing more. His wins against Paulie at 140 and Mosley at 147 would dwarf a possible win against Margo.

I believe if Cotto beat Margarito similarly to how Williams did (heavy activity over a slow starter, then ending on a wimper in the final 4 rounds or so), he'll get plenty of credit but lose a lot of his luster.

Just another win against a very tough opponent . . . no big deal. That's just a normal occurence on Cotto's career.

If he loses . . .Margarito has proven he has something especial in him.

I'd give props to both fighters what ever is gonna be the result.
