    it would be stupid rank pbf as no. 1. effectively based on his previous position/performance.

    while he may merit it again quite quickly via impressive wins to reclaim his place. otherwise, he will just have to remain in the sidelines as a mere spectator.

    until such time he returns and returns with a bang, any thought of him reclaiming such spot automatically is wishful thinking.

    No. If Floyd had never 'retired' and had remained inactive since the Hatton fight, what Pac did in 2008 would've bumped him up to no.1 anyways.
