Marquez had the mexican fan base as well as the exposure from the pac fights. Spinks is boring and no network wants to put him on their channel. If the fight is held in St. Louis it might make a decent profit though.

I'd have no problem with Floyd taking on Spinks. Spinks is not exactly the easiest boxer to beat. I want to see how Floyd matches up against a fighter like Spinks.

That's bullcrap . . . he won't even fight dangerous 147 pounders . . . why do you think he would fight spinks when there's no money in that fight.

... Floyd vs. Spinks could potentially become the most boring fight of the decade...

And why would Floyd choose Corey Spinks to fight next?? Is it because Floyd thinks Corey defeated Jermain Taylor??...:D

So he wont fight Mosley cause he has 5 losses but he would fight Spinks who has five losses.

Its been a long time since ive see one fighter(fraud) so scared of another fighter(Mosley).

Is this just a hypothetical or is there a chance of this happening?

You've seen Mosley afraid of Floyd.

Steroid Shane " I don't wanna fight Floyd. I wanna go on trips and stuff. And look Larry! See.......my tooth, its lose, see..... i got a tootache . So you see, I can't fight Floyd!"

He should just fight Mosley in January.

It will look really bad if he waits for Mosley v Berto to be finalized and then says theres no one else available so Ill fight Spinks.

Mosley is still available, they should just do it already instead of waiting till Nov to see the Pac v Cotto winner.

If PBF is really confident that he could beat Mosley (which I think he would) then just fight him AND the Pac v Cotto winner. If he wants to pay off his IRS bills, he would make what 10-20 million for both fights. That is a lot of money.

The only reason not to face Mosley first is that he would be worried of a loss and not getting a Pac fight.

Somewhere in the middle. There are better welterweights around than Spinks, but he's still a good fighter - and an actual welterweight, which is a bonus.

I won't **** on PBF if he takes this fight.
