If Floyd takes on Corey Spinks next...

It would be a difficult fight for Floyd. Cory is not an easy guy to look good against. Very fast very awkward. People keep saying to beat Floyd you have to be a big swarming body puncher and fight like Castillo to win. They have said this for years. It is a huge misconception. Floyd being as good as he is learned his lesson from Castillo thats why he won the rematch. Why would he fall for it twice. Guys like Gatti and Baldomir were given a chance by many fans the fight against Baldomir labeld pretty risky was anything but. Judah had a shot because he was fast enough to hit floyd and had power. He had moments but could not fight for 12 rounds at Floyd'slevel. So Cory cant punch so what. He can keep Floyd in a tough technical match. He is fast enough to hit Floyd and make him miss. Two counter punchers fighting is always close like Hopkins Wright neither man has anything to capitalize off of. I would never wanna watch Cory and Floyd fight but Cory could make it interesting on the cards atleast.

 

It will...I mean with Pac busy with Cotto and Mosley not getting the fight with Floyd I think he can only turn to Berto for a fight....There is no other WW out there for mosley that can fight him in January..Berto will get the nod and I'm wondering if Berto might have what it takes to beat Mosley...
