    What a coward. How the hell was Ortiz supposed to know he's supposed to guard against punches? Especially when his opponent was standing with his guard up, how could he have known!? What a *****.

    and POOR MOSLEY! You can't throw punches DURING A ROUND!!! Floyd is a *****. Mosley clearly wanted to have a sit down chat about the rules of the sport.

    Floyd should be a boxing professor since apparently he has to teach every other fighter what the rules are, especially the intricate ones, like:

    #1) In the sport of boxing, fighters CAN and are occasionally ENCOURAGED to throw punches at each other.

    And GATTI CLEARLY called a time out. Somewhere in the Marquess of Queensberry rules it states: when a fighter looks at a ref, a TIME OUT has been called and all punching must cease until the fighter's conversation with the referee has ended.

  8. It was legal by the rules i dont think anyone disputes that much, op tell us if you think it was cheap and do you respect the champ if he fights like that.

    :rofl

    I can see it now.
    Gatti: TIMEOUT! (with his eyes)
    Floyd: left hook you can't call no timeout in boxing

    * Fouls committed: Ortiz 1, Floyd 0
    * Floyd DID NOT hug Ortiz back, he nodded to you Ortiz, Ortiz came and hugged and the WHOLE time Floyd was in his stance, like a PROFESSIONAL.

    Floyd was fouled...BADLY, and he IMMEDIATELY knocked Ortiz out. Mexicans and people who hate Floyd are dancing around the issue and changing what happened, but watch the video. Floyd did nothing wrong, and any boxing journalist with any shred of credibility says the same. Ortiz was stupid against a very smart fighter.

    Was Peden wrong for knocking out Nate Campbell? I think that fight was before 2005, so I wonder if any of you pac fans have seen it.

    :lol::lol:

    He had all that time during the Max Kellerman face-off, too. He couldn't have slipped him a note with a little diagram on it, showing stick figures in proper offensive and defensive boxing stance?

  13. Who cares what ortiz did, doesnt justify cheap shotting him, ortiz was penalized for his foul.

    Rules of boxing and having class in the sport two differant things.

    Watch from the side view. Floyd is ready to keep fighting and tapped gloves at first and then Ortiz tries hugging and doing too much when Floyd is ready to fight and get in the pocket. Then as you can see Ortiz backed away with his hands down and from what Floyd knew, it was time to fight and he already accepted the apology
